The exposition presents the way of folk living and farming in south-western Slovakia. The objects on display come from the collection fund of the Folk museum in Galanta and represent the following locations: Šaľa, Diakovce, Kráľová nad Váhom and Dlhá nad Váhom. In 2008, the national cultural monument was taken over by Regional Museum in Nitra.
Expositure detailThe district folk history museum in Zlaté Moravce was founded on October 11, 1947. Its main task was to save art-historical and natural history monuments in the territory of then districts of Zlaté Moravce and Vráble. In its collection fund, the museum manages 4,283 collection items from the fields of geology, paleontology, archaeology, history, numismatics and ethnography, which come directly from Zlaté Moravice or the surrounding area.
